Service fee paid in full before you can book next appointment

Late Fees

Up to 15 minutes late, will need to reschedule. 1/2 of service fee is due

Anything after 15 minutes will be treated like a no-show and full amount of service is due

* if stylist chooses to accommodate late client, a $45 late fee will be added to client's total instead

Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment

Service fee paid in full

Cancellation less than 72 hours before appointment

**For extension clients

Cancellation less than 72 hours in advance will be charged full amount of service

Color / Extension Correction

If you need a color correction or are not 100% satisfied with your extensions, let us know within 7 days for a complimentary correction. Blowout is not included

* after 7 days, any color corrections or extension services will be charged at full price.
